No registration fee refund shall be issued without completing the proper refund request form. This form is available online or a copy can be requested from the treasurer.
The refund request form must be signed by the person(s) requesting the refund, the equipment manager, and the treasurer before a refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for any player which drops from the Charlotte Warrior program after Jamboree.
